Service Frequency
The program consists of 3 exterior treatments throughout the year. We come out in the spring, summer and fall.
What We Do On The First Visit
On the initial visit, if you have an existing pest infestation, we will take care of that first. Then we will make sure that they don’t come back! Depending on the type of pest and level of infestation we may perform one or more of the following:
- Install rodent-management stations for rodents
- Treat the attic
- Treat the crawl space under the home
- Treat the eaves and overhangs
- Treat the exterior perimeter
- Treat interior portions of the home
- Treat wall voids
What We Do On Regular Preventative Visits
During high insect activity in spring, summer, and fall, we treat around the perimeter of your home to keep crawling insects and spiders from getting inside. We also maintain secure rodent bait stations around your home to continually lower the population of rats and mice in the area, decreasing the chance they’ll be able to enter.
If A Pest Invades Between Regular Visits
Your property is under warranty for pest infestations so we will come out at no charge to diagnose and take care of the problem.
Pests included in this program are as follows:
Ants, Bee’s Nest, Carpenter Ants, Carpet Beetles, Centipedes, Cluster Flies, Earwigs, House Flies, Lady Bugs, Powder Post Beetles, Silverfish, Sowbugs/Pillbugs, Spiders, and Wasp’s Nest. If any of these pests invade the structure during the year Huron Pest Control Inc. will remedy the problem inclusive of this program.
This program does not cover bees or wasps flying around the structure. This activity is normal and cannot be completed prevented. If there is an active nest on or near the structure Huron Pest Control Inc. will remove the nest included in this program.
Pests not covered in this program are bedbugs, cockroaches, fleas, rodents, wildlife and bats. Coverage of these pests will be quoted on individual basis at a reduced rate.
